Why we started this
Two bad pieces of advice, and one better one
Over the past couple of years our clients started getting the same two messages from opposite directions. Strategy consultants told them AI would transform everything and sold them a roadmap. Security vendors told them AI was a data breach waiting to happen and sold them a block list.
Neither helped. The business owner still had a bookkeeper pasting invoices into a free chatbot, a sales manager paying for three AI subscriptions on a personal card, and an insurance renewal asking questions nobody could answer.
So we built the practice we wished existed: people who understand what these tools genuinely do for a 60-person company, and who also know exactly what happens when Copilot inherits a SharePoint permission nobody cleaned up in 2019.

A human stays accountable
We don't automate decisions that affect someone's money, health, employment, or legal standing without a person reviewing them. Efficiency isn't worth that trade.
Measured, not assumed
Every use case we recommend comes with an expected return, and we come back later and check whether it happened. Projects that don't earn their keep get retired.
Least privilege, always
An assistant should never surface something the person asking couldn't already open. We fix the permissions before we turn on the AI, not after.
No lock-in
We document configurations so another provider — or your own team — can pick them up. If you leave, you leave with everything.
Security is the baseline
Identity, backup, patching, and endpoint protection come before AI. If those aren't solid, we'll fix them first — or tell you to, before spending a dollar on AI.
